Why I Do This Work
I know what it's like to be lost in the labyrinth of midlife.
For nearly two decades, I chased the dream of being a published novelist. When it didn’t happen, I quit—convinced I’d failed.
Without my writing, life felt empty, and I spiraled into unhealthy habits and isolation.
It took hitting bottom to seek help. Therapy, men’s groups, and honest conversations pulled me back, but the real breakthrough came when I returned to solitude and wrote again—not for publication, but for joy and curiosity.
That’s when I learned the real work of midlife isn’t fixing yourself—it’s living authentically. When you grow your life, you free your art.
Today, I’m a CTA-certified coach, a member of International Coaching Federation, and a published writer with over 20 years of storytelling experience.
I work with creative men in midlife to help them navigate transitions, reconnect to their authentic voice, and create lives they can’t wait to live.
What I Believe
Midlife is a natural transition and an invitation to live a more fuller life, not a crisis to push through or ignore.
Creativity isn’t a product, it’s what keeps us connected to our own souls and to each other.
You don’t need to be “fixed”, you need to accept everything of who you are.
Every man must dismantle the First-Half Script they’ve been living and write their truly unique Second-Half Script in order to be truly free and authentic.

You’ll find me with a pen in hand, wandering to the lake, exploring new coffee shops in the city, or losing myself in a good book. I believe the small, quiet moments are often where the true revelations happen in life.
