FAQs
What is coaching?
Coaching is a co-creative relationship where we explore where you are, what’s emerging, and what needs to shift. I bring deep listening, presence, and powerful questions. You bring your experience and intention, and together we support forward movement with awareness and clarity. Is coaching consulting?
No. Although my free content will supply you with methods and tools that have helped me, my coaching is about creating a safe environment for presence, awareness-building, and curiosity where I help you create the life you want.
What happens in a typical session?
Each session is a focused conversation exploring where you are, what’s emerging, and what needs to shift. We use reflection, curiosity, and small, meaningful actions to create forward movement. Every session ends with some kind of clarity and a practical step forward. Is coaching therapy?
No. Coaching is not therapy. Therapy heals psychological wounds and is deeply clinical. Coaching supports insight, clarity, and momentum in your life from a practical, forward-oriented place. Who do you work with?
Midlife men who either have some mode of creative outlet or want to explore and reconnect with one to help them through their midlife transition. The focus is not on being a better artist or learning a craft, but on helping men reconnect to their innate creative capacities to change their lives. What kind of results can I expect?
More awareness, more options, more revelations, and therefore more confidence going forward to make take action. However, it all stems on how much you’re willing to do to show up. This is all you, I’m just nurturing what it already there. If this resonates and you want to explore fit and intention, request a conversation.
Is this right for me?
This work aligns with men who feel stalled inside—ready to explore patterns, gain clarity, and move forward with intention. If you’re thinking deeply about meaning, transition, or creative expression, and want a guided, reflective space, this work may fit you.Do you only work with men?
While my primary focus is on men’s development, I welcome anyone who believes like I do that creativity is a gift that we all have to help us get out of our own ways to lead more fulfilling lives.
