Is this you?

You were handed a script early in life—fix, problem-solve, be productive, successful, useful, and strong.

And that script worked—until it didn’t.

After 40, many men discover the cost:

  • a life optimized for function instead of meaning

  • expectations of success made in our first half that were never created for themselves

  • emotions managed, suppressed, or ignored, numbing them

  • identity built on roles that no longer fit them

  • a quiet grief for the self that was left behind

Most people respond by trying to fix you. I don’t.

My Philosophy

  • I offer presence and connection

You are the one who will engage, face challenges, and rewrite your second half to include things like meaning, creativity, curiosity, connection, and authenticity. I am a guide and a witness to that work.

  • I honor pace

Depth over speed, silence over noise, and becoming over producing—that’s the name of the game.

  • I seek those who seek depth and creativity

Not creativity as a product or even an art form, but what keeps us connected to our own souls and to each other.

  • I believe in work that is human—relational and real

This is a natural transition of change and an invitation to live a more fuller life, not a crisis to push through or ignore anymore.

  • I ask for alliance

My goal is not to own your growth, but guide you toward reclaiming your authorship. The journey ends when you lead yourself. You are not dependent on me.

  • I believe you don’t need to be “fixed”

Because you aren’t broken. You just need to edit your life story to align with your authentic values.

My Role

I’m not a therapist or a motivational coach. And I’m not here to optimize you back into the same exhausted identity that doesn’t help you thrive.

My role is to be a guide at the threshold of your self-work, whether you’ve already been working on yourself or you’re curious to begin.

I help you:

  • name what is actually happening

  • release the inherited script that no longer serves you

  • lead with curiosity to open up options

  • begin building a grounded life rooted in meaning rather than approval

This is forward‑focused work. It takes time, responsibility, and courage.

What I Offer

1:1 Guidance

This is deep, disciplined, human work. We meet in one-on-one sessions with curiosity to reflect, confront, clarify, and move through your challenges. Everything comes from you, I walk with you with support, accountability, and guidance.

——→ This is for men who are ready to stop circling the question and begin living the answer.

Creative Contemplation

After our sessions, you have the option to engage in a set time every week in a space of solitude and openness.

Creative Contemplation is composed of three parts based on three principles—Allow, Encounter, and Embody:

  • Creative Play is the creative practice of allowing what needs to be said through through art in an judgement-free space. It can be poetry, painting, or anything that evokes that sense of wonder.

  • Journaling is the reflective practice of encounter what is revealed by journaling revelations, fears, hopes, ideas, or thoughts in a judgement-free space.

  • Enact is the practice of embodying what you’ve learned by taking what you’ve created and reflected and making it a small step in your life.

Through Creative Contemplation, you’ll recover clarity, agency, and direction, not simply by expressing yourself but by meeting yourself honestly.

This work is not for everyone.

This is not for you if:

  • you want hacks, shortcuts, or life‑design frameworks

  • you want reassurance without responsibility

  • you want fast transformation without depth

  • you aren’t willing to slow down enough to tell the truth

After 40 we don’t need anymore hype or false promises.

We need honesty.

YOU bring that.

I am there to guide you along the way.

The Path Ahead

If this resonates with you, let’s talk.

No pressure. Just a real conversation about whether this work fits where you are now.

You don’t need to become someone new,

you need to reconnect with who’s been there all along.
