Work With Me
You don’t need fixing,
you need to become human again.
If you’re a creative man in midlife, you already know something has ended.
The old way of striving, optimizing, proving your worth, and holding it together no longer works. Your life may look fine on the outside, but inside you feel that something is off, not right.
This is not a failure. It is a threshold.
What Happened
You were handed a script early in life—be responsible, productive, useful, strong. And delay the deeper questions.
And that script worked—until it didn’t.
At midlife, many creative men discover the cost:
a life optimized for function but not meaning
creativity used for output or left out entirely
emotions managed, suppressed, or ignored, numbing us
identity built on roles that no longer fit
a quiet grief for the self that was left behind
Most systems respond by trying to fix you. I don’t.
What re-Human means
My re‑Human work is not about self‑improvement, but recovering what was sacrificed in the name of success—
depth over busy work
meaning over momentum
presence over performance
craft over growth
soul over systems
Re‑human work is slower, truer, and more demanding than optimization.
It asks you to stop performing your life and start living from it.
My Role
I’m not a therapist. I’m not a motivational coach. And I’m not here to optimize you back into the same exhausted identity.
My role is to be a guide at the threshold of your midlife journey.
I work with men who sense that midlife is not a problem to solve, but a passage to be walked with honesty, courage, and responsibility.
I help you—
name what is actually happening
recover your creative and emotional voice
release the inherited script that no longer serves
build a grounded, second‑half life rooted in meaning rather than approval
This is forward‑focused work. And it takes time, responsibility, and courage.
What I Offer
1:1 Guidance
This is deep, disciplined, human work. We meet with curiosity to reflect, confront, clarify, and move through your challenges. Everything comes from you, I simply walk with you.
This is for men who are ready to stop circling the question and begin living the answer.
Solitude Practice
Midlife requires solitude—not isolation, but deliberate, chosen aloneness.
This is a learned, weekly practice which helps you step out of noise, roles, and constant input so you can hear what is actually trying to emerge. Solitude here is structured, grounded, and accountable.
You will be guided in how to be alone without numbing, avoiding, or drifting.
Within this practice, you’ll journal and free create, not as content creation but to orient you with what you really want.
Through these reflective practices, you’ll recover clarity, agency, and direction, not by forcing answers, but by learning to listen again.
I’ll be here every step of the way.
This work is not for everyone.
This is not for you if:
you want hacks, shortcuts, or life‑design frameworks
you want reassurance without responsibility
you want fast transformation without depth
you are unwilling to slow down enough to tell the truth
Men in midlife don’t need anymore bullshit hype or false promises.
They need honesty.
The Path Ahead
If this resonates with you, let’s talk.
No pressure. No performance. Just a real conversation about whether this work fits where you are now.
You don’t need to become someone new,
you need to recover who’s been there all along.
